The Drone & Tech Expo Ireland is a 3 day event taking place between 10 – 12 March at the RDS Dublin.

The event which showcases the latest product developments in drone technology, camera, imaging and vision systems, sensor, computer hardware and software is attended by professionals across many sectors such as surveying, architects, planning and local authorities.

The Expo which starts on Friday 10th with a business to business day provides delegates with an opportunity to attend keynote discussions and workshop presentations to hear first-hand from industry experts on key topics influencing the sector.

Publishing and Sharing Orthophotography on a web GIS

Attending this workshop will provide the audience with know-how on what tools to use to support the visualisation, publish and sharing of ortophotography quickly and securely which is critical when communicating findings of your aerial surveys and or photography. The audience will also learn how they can use a web GIS to import GeoTIFF files to support the visualisation and sharing of orthophotography.

The event is sponsored by the Irish Aviation Authority, Samsung, Bank of Ireland and Mayo.ie and attracts exhibitors such as Dublin Fire Service, Colas Ireland, iFly Technology and consultants from precision agriculture, aerial photography, survey and inspection and topographical map to name a few.
