Who is Azimap for?

Azimap is suitable for businesses of all sizes who have spatial data. Azimap provides businesses with tools to visualise, analyse, edit, interpret, understand and establish relationships, patterns and trends in their spatial data.

Users can visualise their spatial data on dynamic web maps using symbolised features, heatmaps or thematic styling.

How will I benefit from subscribing to a 30-day free trial of Azimap Pro?

Customers who register for a 30-day free trial, can create, publish and share their spatial data on dynamic web maps. During the 30-day period, editors can access the full suite of spatial analysis, drawing and sharing features. Customers can also use 2000MB of Vector Data and create 12 Layers Per Map.

What happens at the end of your free 30-day trial of Azimap Pro?

At the end of your 30-day free trial you can sign up to a paid plan. If you decide not to proceed with a paid plan, your account will automatically be downgraded to a free plan which is restricted by data, layers etc.

How do I register?

Registering your account is an effortless process which is completed online.

To validate your account, an email will be sent to the email address used when creating your account. This email will contain a link which you need to select to verify your details. It’s important to note that during the registration process we will not request any payment details.

How much does it cost to register?

Registering for a 30-day free trial will costs you nothing, we won't even request your credit card details.

However, we would like you to benefit from additional data allowance and advanced features, so we would recommend singing up to a paid plan.

We offer annual, monthly and enterprise plans. Annual plans start from £363 per annum and monthly from £33. Enterprise solutions are dependent on unique customer requirements.

If you subscribe to a free trial, but decide not to proceed with a paid plan you can continue to use Azimap but your account will automatically be downgraded to a free plan, which is limited by data allowance and layers.

What methods of payment is available?

You can pay for your Azimap account using a credit, debit, Visa or MasterCard. If you subscribe to an annual plan, payment will be taken in full at the point of confirming your plan type. However, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, the agreed amount will be withdrawn from your account on the same date every month.

Do you offer on-boarding support?

Of course, our goal is to ensure that all our customers are happy with our software.

To achieve this we have a suite of training resources in the form of video tutorials, user guides and online helpdesk. We also offer onsite training upon request, which is tailored to meet the clients exact requirements.

In addition, we host regular webinars, so visit keep an eye out for webinar announcements on blog and social media.

Can I use Azimap for Free?

Yes. Our goal is to make Azimap as accessible as possible to our customers. To achieve this Azimap Pro is available free for 30 days.

If you decide at the end of the 30-day free trial you don't want to proceed with a paid plan, your account will be downgraded to a free plan which is limited by data allowance and layers.

Do you offer an enterprise class solution?

Can I use my own data?

Of course! Currently editors can import shape, CSV, Spatial CSV, KML and Tab Files. We are also currently working on developing Raster support, so keep an eye on our blog and social media channels for future feature enhancements.

What databases are supported?

Azimap supports SQL and PostgreSQL.

What data vector data formats is supported?

Azimap currently supports Shape, CSV, Spatial CSV, KML and tab files. However, we are currently busy developing our Winter Roadmap which will include Raster support. So keep an eye on our blog and social media channels for future feature enhancement announcements.

How secure is Azimap?

We go to great lengths to ensure the ensure the safety and integrity of your data and personal information. To achieve this our application is hosted on a secure HTTPS environment. We also apply two phased authentication, to protect your personal details at the initial point of registration.

How can I make my profile private?

Privacy of an account is only available for customers on paid plans. Customers on paid plans have the option to make a map private or public, using the map configuration tools. Customers who subscribe to a free account will remain public and their maps are accessible with read only permissions, if an end user knows the Map ID.

Is my spatial data private?

Yes. All customers on a paid plan can be assured that their spatial data shall remain private. However, for customers who have decided to remain on a free account their spatial data will not be private.

Do you support different levels of map access?

We do. Customers on paid plans benefit from read only and editor permissions.

Do you support Raster?

Unfortunately, not at present. However, we are currently developing Raster support, so please keep an eye on our blog and social media channels for future feature enhancement announcements.

Can I create custom visualisations of my data?

Yes. Using Azimap’s heatmap and custom attribute styles, editors can create a custom visualisation of their data.

Can I perform spatial analysis on my data?

Of course. Using the intersects, buffer select and overlaps features editors can quickly identify relationships and key trends in their data.

Can you capture data from mobile devices?

Yes and No! At present editors, can draw points on their map using a mobile or tablet device. However, unfortunately capturing data from a mobile GPS is currently not supported, but please keep an eye on our blog and social media for future feature announcements.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my existing plan?

If you feel your plan has too much or little data or layer allowance, log into your account and navigate to ‘My Account’. Select the plan that you would like to either upgrade or downgrade to and complete the necessary checkout process. If you decide to downgrade your account, please keep in mind that your existing maps may be affected due to plan limitations.

How can I deactivate my account?

Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you leave. If you’re deactivating your account because you're experiencing an account issue, please keep in mind deactivating and reactivating your account will not resolve it. If you are experiencing issues with your account, please email support.

I need to cancel my registration. What is your cancellation policy?

We will be sad to see you leave us, however if you decide to leave us please review our cancellation policy before taking any action.
