Azimap is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 'Best Use of Data' award at the Digital DNA awards.
The Digital DNA awards celebrate companies and individuals who continuously push the boundaries of technology to achieve measurable and significant business results.
The Best Use of Data award celebrates organisations that harness data to improve efficiencies. Our submission for the award is based on the work we have undertaken with our valued client, Kildare County Council.
Kildare County Council collaborated with Azimap to enhance its data analysis process by replacing its existing Windows GIS with an integrated, enterprise-class GIS solution.
The Digital DNA Awards received more than 150 applicants, and the judges, which included representatives from Google, Deloitte, Total Mobile, Malone Marketing, and Allen & Overy, were impressed by the quality of all the entries.
As such, it came as a fantastic surprise to discover that Azimap had been shortlisted alongside Allstate and Esri Ireland. Two exceptional organisations, achieving outstanding business results at operational and community levels whilst firmly establishing their products, services and brands on a global scale.
The awards will take place on Wednesday, 08th June, following the Digital DNA conference. But win or lose, we will be treating our team to some buns and pizza for their ongoing commitment to developing the Azimap GIS. We look forward to announcing our new, innovative, advanced features with you all during Summer '16, which will be released as part of the product roadmap to all customers.
If you will be attending the Digital DNA conference, don't forget to use #makeyourmark on Twitter, as we will be following the conversation. Good luck to all shortlisted finalists.
