Service Agreement

Billing

By providing Azimap with a payment method, you:

  • Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method that you provided and that this information is true and accurate

  • Authorise Azimap to charge you for the services or available content using your payment method

  • Authorise Azimap to charge you for any paid feature of the services that you choose to sign up for or use while these terms are in force

Azimap processes your payment details in compliance with applicable data protection laws and PCI DSS standards to ensure secure transactions. Azimap does not store payment information; payments are facilitated by Realex Payments.

As specified, we may bill you in advance:

  • At the time of signing up for a subscription

  • Shortly after purchase

  • On a recurring basis for subscription services

Also, we may charge you up to the amount you have approved, and we will notify you in advance of any change in the amount to be charged for recurring subscription Services. We may bill you simultaneously for multiple prior billing periods for amounts that have not been previously processed.

Cancellation Policy

We don't want you to leave, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel during the middle of your billing cycle, except where required by applicable law, including within any statutory cooling-off period.

To cancel or suspend your subscription, contact enquiries@azimap.com. Alternatively, you can manage your billing preferences by signing into your Azimap account.

By cancelling your account, you can still sign in to Azimap.com; however, your account type will be changed to a basic 'Free' subscription, with a data allowance of 200MB. If your account exceeds its data allowance, you will need to delete data.

Termination of Services

Azimap may terminate your right to use Azimap SaaS with reasonable notice. If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, you may lose access to paid features. If terminated without cause, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Recurring Payments

When you purchase the Service on a Subscription basis, e.g. monthly, you acknowledge and agree that you are authorising recurring payment and that payments shall be made to Azimap via PayPal until the subscription of that Service has been terminated by you or by Azimap. By agreeing to recurring payments, you authorise Azimap to initiate debit payments under a continuous payment authority, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law. Subscription fees are charged in advance if applicable. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Azimap reserves the right to collect any applicable insufficient funds or fees and to process any such transaction as an electronic payment.

Automatic Renewals

Provided that automatic renewals are allowed in your country, we will inform you by email before automatically renewing your services, unless purchased on a subscription basis. Once we have told you that the services will be automatically renewed, we may automatically renew your Services and charge you the then-current price for the renewal term. We will also remind you that we will bill your chosen payment method for the Services renewal, whether it was on file on the renewal date or provided later. We will also provide you with instructions on how you may cancel the Services.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal. We will provide clear instructions in our reminder email on how to cancel, in compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refund Policy

You will be entitled to a cancellation period (a "Cooling-Off Period") of fourteen (14) days from the day of purchase. The Cooling-Off Period ends when the digital Service has begun with your express consent, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once performance has started, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Digital Content Directive.

To request a refund, please email refunds@azimap.com. Unless otherwise provided by law or by Azimap, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Azimap has charged you in error, you must contact Azimap immediately, and we will investigate the charge. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or a similar refund in the future. Azimap reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it reasonably believes you are in breach of these Terms.

This refund policy does not affect any rights under applicable law.

Trial-Period Offers

Azimap provides a 30-day free trial of the professional account. On signing up for the free trial, you grant Azimap permission to contact you via email to keep you informed of product and account announcements. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you may opt out of communications at any time.

Once your 30-day free trial has ended, your account will be automatically downgraded to the basic 'Free' subscription. However, Azimap will aim to provide you with prior notification of this close to the end of your free trial. Once your free trial has ended, you can still sign in to Azimap using your existing username and password. However, your data allowance and feature options will be downgraded. Late Payments

In the event of late payments, you must pay the reasonable costs we incur to collect any past-due amounts, including legal fees and other costs, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may suspend or cancel your services if you fail to pay in full on time after receiving a reminder that notifies you of the suspension and/or cancellation of services, and you do not make your payment within an appropriate time. You can avoid suspension or cancellation by making the required payment within the time specified in the reminder. Suspension or cancellation of the Services for non-payment could result in the loss of access to your Azimap account.

Price Changes

If there is a fixed term and price for your Service offer, that price will remain in force for the term. You will need to agree to any new offer and price if you want to continue the Services. If your Services are on a periodic basis, for example, monthly, and are not a trial offer, we may change the price of the Services up to 5 per cent per year, provided we inform you at least 30 days in advance. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the Services before the price changes. When we notify you of any price change, we'll also inform you that the new price will take effect unless you cancel the Services.
