Who is Azimap for?

Azimap is suitable for businesses of all sizes who collect, edit, manage & analyse spatial data. Azimap's user-friendly yet powerful tools help businesses to become more effective & open, delivering fresh insights that enable better decision making & engagement across all levels of the business.

How do I sign-up to Azimap?

Signing-up to Azimap is effortless and will only take a few seconds to complete. Simply fill out your details on our registration form to create your Azimap account and you will be free to start creating awesome web maps. All new sign-ups are provided with access to an Azimap Professional account, for free for 30-days.

How will I benefit from subscribing to a 30-day free trial of Azimap?

By registering for a 30-day free trial, customers will get to experience the full functionality of an Azimap Professional account. This includes, access to the most powerful analysis tools in a web GIS, unlimited data imports, up to 2GB's worth of vector storage and full control over who can access & view the maps you create.

What happens at the end of my 30-day Free trial?

At the end of your free trial your account will be automatically downgraded to a free plan. Free plans are restricted to 200MB of vector storage, & 2 layers per map with no access to our powerful analysis, route planning or drive time analysis tools. All maps created on the free plan will remain public as default.

If you wish to change your plan, this can be done at any time from within the admin section of your account.

How much does it cost to sign-up?

Signing-up to Azimap is free!

We do not request any payment details during the sign-up process and will only collect these when you change to one of our paid plans.

What methods of payment does Azimap accept?

Azimap accepts all major credit & debit card cards, including Visa & Mastercard.

Azimap plans can be purchased on either an annual or monthly basis. Payment for monthly plans will be taken on the same day every month until your account is cancelled or downgraded.

What support do you provide?

At Azimap, we want to ensure that all our account holders are able to make the most out of their spatial data. As a result, we have a comprehensive range of support options available.

Our customer account managers are always available via email and strive to reply to all issues or enquiries within 24 hours. If your issue isn't urgent you can also consult our additional support resources. These include, the Azimap user manual, video tutorials & our blog.

Do you offer an enterprise class solution?

Yes!

Azimap is available as an enterprise class solution. Enterprise customers benefit from dedicated account management, hosting, enhanced online support and unlimited data limits.

Can I use my own data?

Of course! Azimap currently supports all major spatial data types including SHP, CSV, TAB, KML, GPX, Geodatabase & Geotiff. These can be imported into your account using our intuitive drag & drop data importer.

What databases does Azimap support?

Azimap currently supports SQL and PostgreSQL databases as well as the connection of External Databases using our simple database connection builder.

How secure is Azimap?

We go to great lengths to ensure the safety and integrity of your data and personal information. To achieve this our application is hosted on a secure HTTPS environment and we apply a two phased authentication to protect your personal details when signing-up to Azimap.

Will my data be accessible by others?

No.

You will always retain control over access to your data. However, customers on a free plan will have the maps they create set as public by default. Their maps will be accessible, with read only permissions, to any user who knows the relevant Map ID.

How can I make my maps private?

Private maps is a feature that is only available to customers on a paid plan. Customers on paid plans have the option to set the maps they create as either publicly or privately accessible. To ensure your maps remain private you will need to move onto one of our paid plans.

You can change your plan at any time from within the admin section of your account.

Do you support Raster?

Yes!

At present we support the importing of Raster data in the Geotiff format.

Can I create custom visualisations of my data?

Yes!

Azimap has some of the most advanced and user-friendly visualisation tools available in a web GIS. Our advanced styling wizard has made it easy to create custom visualisations producing insightful maps that support strategic decisions, all without the need to learn complex code sequences.

Am I able to perform spatial queries on my data?

Yes!

With Azimap you have access to the most powerful analysis tools in a web GIS. Our spatial analysis wizard makes it simple to build multiple advanced queries that can be run against your data, all without the need to learn complex coding processes. Azimap also enables users to run advanced SQL queries, instantly search for data and undertake routing and drive time analysis.

Can I capture data on mobile devices?

Yes!

Azimap is fully mobile responsive and is available to use on mobile or tablet devices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my existing plan?

Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at anytime. To change your plan simply login into your account and navigate to the admin section. From here you will be able to select your preferred plan. Please note: if you decide to downgrade your account you will be subject to restricted data limits and may be required to delete data before you use the application again.

Can I cancel or deactivate my account?

Yes it is possible to cancel or deactivate your account should you decide you no-longer require use of our services. Although we would be sorry to see you leave, your account can be deactivated by submitting a request to us in writing to support@azimap.com

As set out in our terms and conditions, we will retain any data or content associated with your account for 60 days. For further information about account deactivation please visit the terms and account section on our website.
